On March 4, 2021, the Pennsylvania Senate provided me a commendation for my “dedication to legal work for LGBT Pennsylvanians who have experienced discrimination.” They stated that, “Any definition of a full and productive life must include service to others” which Mr. Robinette has done “through his many initiatives to benefit his community and by his personal example.” Senator Toomey also provided me a Certificate of Special Recognition for my work in March 2021.

In 2019, I filed a Petition for Permission to Appeal in a perceived sexual orientation discrimination case which was granted by the Third Circuit Court of Appeals immediately prior to the Supreme Court of the United States’ decision in Bostock v. Clayton County, Georgia.

I graduated from Duke University where I graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude. I then attended Villanova Law School where I was on both the Moot Court Board and the National Trial Team.
